The well being of our service users is the central and focal point of our service delivery, enabling everyone to have their voice heard and more importantly, listened to.
ABOUT US
East Park Care Centre is a family run residential care home since 1984 situated in the quiet village of Jeffreyston in South Pembrokeshire. East Park prides itself in offering a family homely atmosphere with each individual service users needs been met. The Centre contains 21 rooms offering single occupancy, which offers each service users as much independence as possible.
SERVICES WE PROVIDE
At East Park Care Centre, we highly favour the social model of care. Consequently, our primary aim is for each service user to live the kind of life they would expect to live at home. We encourage and support our service users to become more independent and confident whilst been cared for with all
aspects of their day to day living.
We aim to make our service users full members of the community. We treat all our service users as individuals, showing them the respect and dignity that we would expect of ourselves.
High Support Needs
Older people with high support needs due to physical frailty, chronic health conditions and/or some form of sensory impairment.
Disabilities
People living with physical disabilities and learning disabilities
Palliative Care
Specialists palliative end of life care for all service users
Mental health
People with mental health problems following a history of alcohol and/or substance misuse.
