East Park Care Centre is a family run residential care home since 1984 situated in the quiet village of Jeffreyston in South Pembrokeshire. East Park prides itself in offering a family homely atmosphere with each individual service users needs been met. The Centre contains 21 rooms offering single occupancy, which offers each service users as much independence as possible. 

 

We pride ourselves is to give each service user with the kind of life they would expect to live at home, whilst still maintaining a high standard of quality care, support, security, and the opportunity for development as appropriate. East Park has a range of well trained and qualified staff that provide professional care to all service users.  Pembrokeshire has an ageing population and East Park Care Centre will continue to provide care to the population with a range of high support needs.
