Fees.
Our fees are based on several factors including, but not limited to:

The type of care provided
-
The type of room provided
-
Any specific additional services that the Service User may require.
All fees are always set in accordance with the current local council guidance.

The fees for private residents is currently £3,490.04 payable every 4 weeks.
​
The Service User’s financial situation and care needs will determine whether social services and/or the National Health Service (NHS) will contribute towards the cost of the care services. Where the Service User has been assessed by social services to have insufficient funds to meet the full cost of their care, it may be necessary to ask a third party to contribute towards the total fees.

The Fees will cover the provision of total care including:

Furnished Accommodation

Lighting
-
Heating
-
Food and Drink
-
Laundry done at The Centre

Travel to Medical Appointments

Most activities within The Centre (special events and outings may incur an additional charge).

The Fees do not cover the cost of personal items such as:

Shopping

Clothing
-
Toiletries
-
Stationery
-
Newspapers
-
Dry-cleaning
-
Hairdressing
-
Chiropody
-
Treatment by dentists or opticians
-
Treatment outside National Health Service as deemed necessary
